Your application information

This shared careers service collects the name, email, optional phone number and experience summary you submit for a specific vacancy. The hiring company is identified on that vacancy.

How we use it

A copy of each submitted application is also sent to hr@sixpathsscl.com for recruitment administration. The authorized hiring team uses your information to review your application and contact you about the role. Applications are reviewed by people; submitting the form does not trigger an automated hiring decision. Applying does not create an employee or client account.

Access and storage

Application details are encrypted in storage on the Group’s DigitalOcean infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized recruitment staff for the hiring company. We do not publish application details or automatically share them with every subsidiary.

Retention and your requests

Ordinary website enquiries are retained for 12 months after the last contact. Recruitment information is handled separately where an employment process or legal requirement requires it. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your application information.
